It's the exact same as what's posted on the first thread page. Just the mod + patch together so people (especially newcomers) don't get confused with the installation.
Essentially, it's the entire mod. Just extract wherever and launch the executable!

Just grab the pre-patched version I posted and don't do anything else with it. It's got everything you need. That's why I posted it, so people new to the mod won't have to get confused.

IT IS the Expanded Mod. I believe the "Quarantine Version" in the title is more of a joke than anything else as they add face masks into the game. (Which you can disable by clicking on the bag and clicking end quarantine).
Just grab the pre-patched version. It is the latest version of the Expanded Mod up-to-date with the 1.7 patch and you don't need to do anything with it. Just extract and play.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask as long as they don't pertain to anything I've already mentioned. I hate to say it, but it's not you but repeating the same answers over and over again is going to give me a heart attack because I'm likely to continue answering questions because I'm too good for my own good. I've been doing it for so long my arm has turned into a noodle.
Maybe never. If you were on the Discord, you'd know they are not currently working on it due to not having a coder.sooo when is gonna get updated??

hi so just downloaded the mod and everything is going smoothly so far, just a quick question about all the new outfits in the mod, how do you equip them to girls? will they be available in the shop or are unlockable or something because in the shop I am only seeing the usual stuff.

I don't think you have it loaded proper. I just checked mine and the 'Modded Outfit' option should be right there at the top. Did you follow all the instructions in the OP for installing the mod?

yes, I believe I did, is there any way to completely delete all traces of the game off my device, because then I can try to reinstall it and see if it works?

let's go I fixed it, for future reference for anyone who might have a similar problem here is how I did it, I went to app data and cleared all my renpy stuff related to the game then I installed the mod and also the quarantine patch extracted both and added the patch then it was working fine, it must have had something to do with app data storing stuff

It sounds like you were somehow using an old save. Don't do that.
