It's already in, you just have to cum in different places. It's based on the "spunk" mechanic and cumming in the same place repeatedly doesn't count.
If you're willing to hard mod it, though maybe I'm misreading that, wouldn't it just be a matter of replacing all the *_pierce_pussy_*.png (and *pussy_ring/barbell* and ring/barbell_pussy* and maybe whatever else he decided to cook up when coding this fancy Italian dinner of a game) with transparent pngs of the same size? With the way Ren'Py works, could you just spam all variations of those names into folders of every "CharacterPose" variation and have it overwrite the appropriate files from the archives, with the extras being ignored?

It depends on the complexity of the code in the game. Just RenPy knowledge can get the basics done no problem, but you might find yourself lost sometimes without specific python knowledge. At least that's been my experience.

That bare bones, barely any jealously. I was thinking more along the lines if you spend too much time with a particular girl (i.e. taking her on dates, screwing her, whatever) they get into fights and fight over you.

Not a bug, this is normal. You can talk to her later and randomly she will ask about what you thought.

Updated code for Gwen's integration
Removed the ability to skip Gwen's pre-intro during Laura's first BJ since it actually impacts stuff now
Disabled "bukkake" for femzero until i can take a better look at the code
Removed a few of my bugfixes that Oni has fixed now
Warning, this is a preliminary build, so expect bugs.
