The writers did noy get her, but tried to shove her in everything because she was popular. Ending up with many versions with different personalities.

I saw this pic several times here and there, but what is this? That's how Rogue's scenes looked in early versions of the game? If yes, why Oni decided to switch to "hovering" girls the game has now? Imo this looked much more like a scene and way better than hovering girls and flying dicks
