RoomGirl is the result of "illusion getting away with it" for 15 years... and only the players to blame. (but it could be worse... see the "Custom Maid" stuff.)

actually Custom Maid do worth your money in most stuff, especially expansions like COM3D2's GP01 and so on so forth, also their personality pack as well. You surely don't need to bother with collab DLCs and some part of additional costume in your game--that's entirely your choice

the main problem with Illusion is that they tend to make things fairly underwhelming as well as no long-term support like more expansions and DLCs, say like costumes and more personalities. They seemed to be overly reliant on modders (especially if they find out gaijins like us sniffed their new shit and we mod the shit out of their stuff)

Well generally, take that their latest personality pack, i think its the secretary maid for the global one. there is a bunch of dlc/packs that is listed as incompatible. kind of a mis opportunity imo

oh, English COM3D2

just don't bother with it, grab the original COM3D2 somewhere on nyaa and install CMI, you'll get nearly the same translation minus the dialogues (since I can bet you barely pay attention to them)

People been buying these for 15 years, and see where we went... Illusion will never change, if there is no financial incentive to do so.

agree, the problem of Illusion from what i found in JP blog is they focus on quantity not quality. and there are rumor about the staffs who work there is also keep changing.

Yeah I completely agree with this, 100% - if they ever step outside their cozy bubble there's probably a lot of people who can and would help to improve the game, but it's all very insular and protected, removing the potential for many outside of Japan to step in and help a very, very underdeveloped avenue of gaming.

One thing to remember is that Illusion continue to push some boundaries with each game, and those aren't easy-sell boundaries for other cultures - games like Biko and Rapelay couldn't be released anywhere else, which means they're already tied to a mostly single-country audience. Thankfully we have people around to push them out to us.

in short they are focus on quantity not quality right ?
*ps* lately i put hope on Miconisomi. at least that developer still know how to make game. however they are not have a big fund like Illusion it always take year for each game of them to release. honestly i not even sure their new game can release in this year or not since the developer seem just recovered from sickness.

Oh yes, my gpu turns from a silent movie into a ramstein concert.

game have very poor optimize mate. nothing we can do to fix it beside set in game graphic to "performance". which can make the game a bit more playable.

if i enter the park map the games deosnt load. it freezes at 6% and thats it.
someone with the same problem and maybe a solution?

You might need to rename the 2nd file before trying to extract the first one, cause the 2nd file's name was different from the first for me therefore my extractor couldn't find the 2nd part

be sure that your second part is name like this :
[ScrewThisNoise] RoomGirl BetterRepack R1 SPLIT.7z.002

Instead of this :
ScrewThisNoise_RoomGirl_BetterRepack_R1_SPLIT.7z.002

Hi! I have the same problem as BATOexe and some other people:

WinRAR tells me the file is damaged, tried extracting with 7zip, 7zip tells me "the file cannot be opened as a [7z] archive. Unexpected end of data", renamed the files in the recommended way, still the same error. Has anyone who had the same problem found a solution?

I got no issues with the framerates or the such within the game, my usually silent gpu fans just go haywire and pretend to be a vacuum cleaner.

I downloaded R1.1 off the bat and bypassed R1, not sure if that makes any difference but, Ever time that I try to load into an area, It says loading, gets to about 50% then just freezes on that screen...anyone else had this and know of a fix?

Did you do a fresh install?
or did you overwrite your R1 with R1.1?

It was a fresh install from scratch of 1.1 completely bypassing R1 standard
