As to the picture, the footwear is the main clue. Katya is sitting on the table with her legs apart.
The second girl, with her back to us, I would assume is another of the factory girls, as she is wearing the same style of denim 'dress' as Katya does, but she seems to have lost her T-Shirt.

(I did wonder if it was Guzel, but her denim dress doesn't have the panel in the back, and Guzel was wearing heels when she did her handstand, plus no bunches in the hairstyle.)

Hmmm I wonder what Katya could be doing to the naked breasts in front of her?
Especially as Katya also seems to have 'lost' her stripey T-shirt, which you can assume as you can see her naked right shoulder.

Of course she could just be sewing a button back on the denim dress to keep the left shoulder strap from falling down.

The two girls are the same that Artem sees in a bench at his factory entrance. The one with red shoes and hat yes, we know the name as Katya, the other one I don't remember her name, not sure we ever read it during the game. But yes, as already pointed out by Bonhomie, the shoes match those seen during Artem's first entrance in the factory scene. About what they are doing, it's only a matter of guessing....

About other idea... I'm old enough to go to "social act" ( субботник ). So what healthy teens could do in factory with limited adult supervision... Obviously not what happening on above pictures. We drank. Heavily. Of course for glory of Country and central commitment. lol. So moonshine and smoked pork belly/fermented cucumber is a match.

Yes. Most of the soviet ice lolly was pole or truncated cone form. And it's more suitable for porn game. But it's model that i could find at this moment. Maybe it will be changed in release.
Or may be it will be cucumber and moonshine.

Yes, that ice cream exactly was available in Soviet Russia in 80s. It was called эскимо (eskimo), slightly more expensive ice cream than our usual пломбир в вафельных стаканчиках (cream ice cream in waffle glasses). Moreover, in modern Russia there's the same ice cream with the same name for people who still remember that eskimo.
