Divine Blade Hermes (I think that's its name, I just know it has Hermes in the name and it's a dagger) is actually the best weapon for BP Regen (Doubled BP Regen), plus offers a movement bonus as well when fully upgraded. Able to regen from 0 BP to the full 120 in about 5 seconds.
Yeah, I hadn't gotten that one at the time of writing. Most ranged weapons will still drain you under continuous fire though, and I somewhat suspect the "half BP consumption" perk doesn't actually work.

That or my Kazakiri is even more bugged than it seems. I currently have 2 of those in my inventory because a drop didn't combine properly and when I up one to +10 and go to the training area the other item vanishes. The +10 perk also shifts randomly between half BP consumption and piercing arrows (which don't work either).

Overall I'm quite disappointed with the ranged weapons, very few differences or special perks (not even a boomerang ), two of the magic guns have identical stats and deal less damage than swords despite supposedly being able to level mountains according to the lore fluff and the coolest one I've found so far looks absolutely crap due to the stats it displays (the Explosive Blade actually deals over 100 damage with its explosion at +10!)

Still missing an MP regen option too, HP regen is crazy overpowered as-is but I'd like to actually use all those spells I've unlocked for once.

It's possible to get all H Scenes unlocked without losing to enemies or bosses.
I believe there is one exception. The man trying to drug you at the guild tavern did not unlock his scene for me even though I got the true ending. Or is there some weird trick to that one?

No way around that one. Just got to go get drugged three times by that guy to unlock his slot in the recollection room.

Are the "increases max hp/mp" items only for one entry to the dungeon, or is the game bugged?

Based on how many of those you get I sincerely doubt a permanent increase is intended. A single clear nets enough seeds to almost double your base stats if you have the Nui Manjuus/don't have extremely bad luck with the Nui rooms. After farming almost all weapons I have like 50 of each seed type.

So, how deep can you go in those dungeons? I'm at lv 42 in rogue mode in deep jungle and it goes even deeper, totes thought 40 was the end with the dialogue at 35. Also, is there anything special for reaching the end?

The 4 regular dungeons go to level 50 and lvl49 after the save point always seems to be a single room with only the boss on lvl50. Each dungeon drops a unique weapon for beating the boss but none of them are particularly amazing (the one from the jungle is pretty good for raw power if you rush clearing it, but due to the way enemies scale doing so actually is harder than clearing the story modes of the other dungeons)

Please do clear it in roguelike mode though, with savescumming if you have to, and report back on the rewards. In Normal mode you get a single Apex Predator Fang from the jungle.

The final dungeon does not have a "freeplay mode" but instead lets you replay "story mode" meaning you only rush the monster rooms and clear them for single item drops. Totally worth it because the Supreme weapons are REALLY strong.

This game was a nice surprise. I expected a classic game of this type and instead I found myself in front of a certain attention to detail. Very nice characters, a linear but well-defined plot, very interesting side quests and not bad gameplay. It really surprised me.

I am save scumming like crazy, combinations of yellow bees or dogs or that big web spider are enough to nuke me and I am dodging like crazy with dashes while relying on spamming gale bow to kill their hp... Took 7 hours and countless savescumming but finally finished 50. The reward report is as follows: A single Apex Predator Fang. (Saves attached if you want to confirm, very disappointed but was fun and challenging.)

Some tips from all my attempts:
- Dashing across ponds and chasms is almost key to avoid melee monsters, especially with those weak weapons.
- You can dash through monsters, very useful for bees and dogs.
- That one 5x Spawn is almost a certain gameover, especially with a combination of the purple dog, yellow bees, and big spider web. Of all the times I saw it, I think I only cleared it twice.

As for the Boss fight, my usual +10 falchion that I used to clear the higher levels I left unequiped, as surprisingly, the +10 gladius can ohko the small spiders despite the slower swing. (Took about 30 minutes and two dozen tries before I figured it out)
If you want to try the fight yourself in rogue (the Lv49 save is the one you use), the strategy I found to work best with my eqp was: Seduction knife to gank it as much as possible as soon as the match start, swap to gladius once it starts spitting out babies and ohko them as they come out, dodge if shooting long or stand still if shooting those traps. When he comes back and spits gas, circle lead the gas and slash the boss with gladius twice/thrice/maybe 4x, and rinse and repeat. Somehow managed to get hit by the gas only once in the finished match.

p.s. Thanks for telling me there was only 50, otherwise I would've probably bailed at 42~ XD

Lol, RIP :p :ROFLMAO:

Bees are the only enemies which can cross these and the other monsters don't have pathfinding so you can get them all stuck if you kill the bees first. Spiders can shoot across so use pillars against those instead, you can strike through them but enemies won't even try to attack you and projectiles despawn without laying down their AoE.

- That one 5x Spawn is almost a certain gameover, especially with a combination of the purple dog, yellow bees, and big spider web. Of all the times I saw it, I think I only cleared it twice.
Not 100% foolproof but that spawn occurs MUCH more frequently in rooms with the red monster icon (later dungeons are more inconsistent). I have not seen any increase in reward quality from these rooms in normal mode and the "rare" drops in the Jungle suck anyway so you should pretty much always avoid red monster rooms.

Did you have the Gale Bow equipped? Its damage bonus also affects melee weapons, that might be important for reaching OHKO thresholds.

When he comes back and spits gas, circle lead the gas and slash the boss with gladius twice/thrice/maybe 4x, and rinse and repeat.
One very annoying "feature" is that those gas clouds block projectiles. Much worse against the 2nd boss but really hampers your ability to snipe the first one. Also his phases seem to be HP-based (25%?) so you can't one-shot it unlike the next 3 bosses (the final boss seems to use HP thresholds again).

Now, has anyone managed to get a Sword Breaker drop anywhere? I believe I picked up one from the Residential area merchant and got a +1 level on that somewhere but so far no luck with drops despite multiple full clears of all dungeons.

On the upside, completing it once on roguelike meant that most of the lootable weapons are pretty much maxed in a single pass, with some rarer weapons like the Mantis appearing at the 40+ stages. Not sure if it becomes available in later maps.

I haven't seen the Mantis anywhere else but all the other drops from the Deep Green Jungle are pretty common later on (or just outclassed completely). The Long Sword is worth farming (its upgrade the Holy Sword is insanely good) and the Bone Needle should be maxed ASAP because it's the BiS ranged weapon for melee characters until endgame. Sadly the Mantis has a pretty low proc chance and doesn't stack with the Brave Heart skill, and the +25% ATK isn't even that good.

If you see a Sword Breaker anywhere please let me know, that's the only weapon I currently know to be missing (well I had one at +1 but upgraded it, argh!)

Damn, reminds me of the Nintendo 64 days... Man got no 3 arms!
For better or for worse all the actual H scenes are Game Over Rape or town events. Her Horny standing pic is pretty cute (plus "wounded" and "debuffed" if you're into suffering girls) but since those are static you can just open the menu if you need to fap to them. I would recommend playing this game as a porn-free experience and going through the recollection room afterwards though.

Is there not a single vice h-scene? It's dissapointing honestly because she was such a great character. Maybe a sequel with a focus on Vice? :C

Even after they teased

Quick question is there any H-Scene with Vise? how many? for no reason i lost my save file of the game after finishing chapter 3 and there was no sign of any h scene with her i really liked the game and story but the MC has no appeal for me at all, but i REALLY like Vise and if there's not a single H-scene where she is the focus i don't think i will play again after losing the save file for no reason.
