I don't know if there's an official statement, but I'm pretty sure the game's just trying to be patreon compliant.
They're not exactly being subtle with the writing:

"[Player character], no! Kissing is one thing, but it would be wrong for us to have sex. After all, we're [friends]!!!"

How is the corruption in this game?

Maybe not what you expect. It is mostly dom version with more agressive scenes. And also some NTR content i think ( not checked brothel ). in corruption you more bad guy with different sex scenes, and you change girls and a little plot. But game was done in too much RUSH in the end, we don't know what it should be ideally what was planned.

yeah it's mostly just "moral corruption." daterape drugs and fucking people without saying "I love you" afterwards. I prefer the normal route tbh.
