First you must become mayor then build the guard towers then you can build the brothel.

MB = Mind Break.

You must open the map in the mayor's office then you will get the option to build the towers and once you rebuild you food back up to 200 you can then build the brothel.

If this is not happening then you using an old save broke it.

Why do you think i said it like that,there are so many save requests in this thread and no answer or replay.
I shared saves from other games and at most it took 2 minutes but after all this request in this thread it's surprising that no one shared a save file.

remove 507768_ from the name of the downloaded file and place it in folder game (overwrite the existing file if present).
