I've arrested Perry and got the support of the Doc,but the option to become the Mayor does not appear

You must now get the support of Jay and Elin should have given you hers when you told her about bringing in Perry.
1. After bring in Perry you need to talk to Elin.
2. Talk to the doc.
3. Talk to Jay and do which ever you like to get her support.
3. Talk to Elin again and let her know you have the other 2 support and you should now become mayor.
Can't get Angela's last MB scene to fire where she exiles the dad, got it to fire in my first playthrough but second time around it simply will not play. Anyone know exactly what I need to do to make it fire?
Edit: I have repeatables for both Kira and Melisa, and Angela is showing repeatable scenes too.

It does a lot more.
If your going to use it for cheats then only use the has_cans cheat because the other ones will add to but not be seen by the game.
You must buy everything from your supply of cans for the game to see you have it.
