I downloaded the hole game again and start from beginning after that is working.... I even deletet the old save from appdata to be on the safe side.....

Like which ones, so far it looks like voyeurism, sextoys, incest, family romance, drugs and pregnancy. Of these drugs can be avoided if you go the love route.
