You have to select the cum inside option; once you do, there should be an 'insemination' picture (the sperm breaching the egg pic). -- Basically, impregnation, rather than pregnant. The pregnant scenes/pics aren't in the game yet, is what REtMSgt meant.

The incest patch says there are no files to extract. I have tried multiple apps to unarchive and none of them work.

saveeditonline should work; you can find the files to dump in the game>save folder.
There isn't a need to cheat, but I usually restart (from start) every so often, and when I do, would inflate the amount of cans, so I can get through the content faster.

Guys if you want a 100% complete gallery follow this:
Go to game folder->renpy->common -> 00gallery.rpy
Open the file using notepad and search for "if not renpy.seen_image(i):" under that line you'll see "return False". Simply change False to True and you've unlocked the entire gallery. Make sure you type True not true, the capital T matters.
Works on TFOI and I decided to give it a go here aswell.

I got it during her love route, before the shower scene. I have no idea what causes it if you got shower first.

Oh, Lord in Heaven, this art is ON POINT.
While the sex-scenes aren't the most exciting when it comes to composition (angles, positions) and I prefer to have some more reaction shots (blushing, biting lip, ahegao etc) the character design and technical quality is off the damn charts.
Looking forward to seeing more complexity in the art, writing, and game mechanics in the future.

Alright I did it.
It's at the top, not the middle and not the bottom.
Not everything was unlocked in the gallery.

I forgot how do you use the cheats?
You're suppose to hit ctrl something or shift something then typet the cheat.
The dev kinda forgot to tell us that part not
for anyone who doesn't want to wait for taxes,
the console command for the treasury total is: budget=x
That only makes sense to him if you don't know where to type it.

You must put space in between budget = xxx (xxx = the amount you want.)
Also its not good to put them straight in with cheats but to cheat the cans into your inventory then put the cans into the safe.
