I must say, at first I thought it was a lighthearted superheroes but then sex combat story, but then I got to the true ending. Don't want to spoil it but it goes hard.

If I had to describe it it's like a dark comedy

Nothing. Not all Clockup games are as intense as Euphoria, Maggot Baits, and co. Sacrifice Villains's comic book aesthetic wouldn't mesh well with gore anyway.

I'm still going through early game and I thought it was a bug.... that HAS to be a bug, no? Weird.

The Steam version is working properly. You must have done something wrong.

I extracted the pac folder into game pac folder. The prologue is bug, no character potrait or voiced at all. I even deleted the old save file

Are you using the very first japanese demo of Sacrifice Villains? The one that was available on the Clockup official site. It's the only version without voice lines. That demo had character portraits tho. Maybe you're dealing with corrupted game files instead? If that's the case, you might have no other option but to restart everything from scratch and download SV again.

I just tested the Gofile link and everything works fine. It's already pre-patched and cracked. Download, extract, and play are the only steps. It doesn't get any simpler than that.

And I've done just that. The prologue sence with Stringendo doesnt have any voice, just a buzz noise; same with voices test in the setting

No buzz noise on my side. Stringendo's voice and the other's in the test menu are normal too.
What about character portraits? Still missing?

Yes, still missing, I might try to launch the game on my Laptop
