If you use Firefox you can do the following which also works for failed/interupted downloads.
I would make a backup of the .part file and the final file with size 0 without the .part but is not necessary.
- Move the old .part partial download and the final file without the .part that has size 0 to another location.
- Start the download again and pause it, don't close Firefox.
- Copy the two files (.part and 0 byte final) that you moved above back to the download location to replace the new files that were created.
- Resume the download in Firefox.

Try nopy. If that wont work, use free vpn extension (cyberghost) in my case. Once daily limit is reached, switch from to another country, then refresh page, should allow you to "continue" download. It used to work haven't tried recently. Lately Nopy works best for me. And for third option download mega downloader and use that
