It was dropped for a new game and that new game also got dropped after it's first release. Dev said they're going to use what they learned from both games on another new one.

Dev had a bit of a meltdown when his fanbase disagreed with his game direction.
Meltdown included mass banning of patrons, commissioners, and critics.
Apparently remaking a battlefuck into a cardgame into a consensual visual novel was... contentious...

so the game never had a true intended direction of what he truly wanted? and even got worse too. Damm, he could have cooked but rather gone for chaos instead.

Most devs will try to deceive and slowly syphon money for years from a dwindling fanbase, Vel simply tells you to go fuck yourself if you're not here for his vision. That is kinda respectable actually.

Oh it was much worse.
The games intended direction was whatever was in vouge.
Karynn's Prison became Library of Runia became Generic Ren'py VN.
Multiple Complete Genre Shifts in very quick succession.
It was actually impressive he Frankenstein'd RPGMaker into Bootleg Ren'py
Don't forget Lisa, too. I doubt this game would even exist without Lisa.

Dude is skilled enough but has no actual lead or game/design document. Shame, could had a sex combat game that could have dress up too.

Again? Really? Cogito Line didn't even come out of 0.1 and he already abandoned it?
It had three updates in total actually, so .2 or .3 I think? But yeah it was extremely short-lived. Surprisingly too since it was just a basic RPGM CG collector.

Are 0.2 and 0.3 from his Discord? Doesn't seem like he updated his Patreon or Itch page with either, which is certainly a decision. Even the Trello page for CL is still on 0.1 and not touched since

Yeah sorry if it wasn't full updates, I kinda checked out with Cogito Line because I had no interest in the game. I do hope Vel picks himself back up and sticks with whichever game he's working on next, guy is more than capable of it if he's willing to.
Nothing to apologize for, but yeah I'll be keeping an eye on it when it comes out too. Velminth absolutely has the potential to make an amazing game, but he doesn't have a clear vision of what he really wants to do and just squanders said potential. He needs to pull himself together.
