Very likely graphic drivers fucking up since it happens on a visual effect skill (leash out right?). Nothing to do with the game itself if you discount the graphics API that it uses. (I think openGL? Yeah fucky things can happen with that)

Just try the classic update graphic card drivers and you may be good to go.

I was there from the first version. Don't know why you assumed the contrary.
Correct the game did change but again, i did not find any bugs in the various versions that weren't quickly fixed.
I don't know if the dev bans people of anything but you should give some proof to that because otherwise is just a baseless accusation which doesn't really help your credibility.

Basically after unlocking couple passives, Saria might get gangbanged and defeated.
So right after the gangbang these fuckers decided to jerk off on her with her cloth on.

From what I understand, the defeat scenes are not dynamic. You could be full corruption begging for it, and the scene is canned with her responses and her clothes being on per scene.

Honestly these scenes should be skippable after the first time, unless it's a meta way of punishing the player for being defeated by getting them extremely bored/annoyed.
