Holy shit, Karen is one over the top bitch to such a degree that is comical. I have to give it to the Dev, the fact that you can turn people down and the way MC does it, it feels very satisfying.

Turning down Karen is actually very cool, especially since she gets rapey which is very hypocritical of her.

Is Myriam supposed to be bipolar or is it just bad writing? Maybe both but at this point I got that the writing is peculiar, not to say bad. Lots of silly/porn-logic situations or reactions from characters, attempt at humour or bad writing?

It almost seems like a bad translator on top of someone adding extra verbiage to make it "sound" intelligent, but in the end it sounds nearly robotic. No one talks like the characters in this VN, it's super unnatural dialogue. I found that many VN's try to add way too much dialogue to get the most simplest point across. I don't know if it's just time-padding or they thing they're the next Hemmingway in a porn VN.

pretty much the only character I can recall is somewhat normal was the old friend forget if she was a childhood friend or just college friend. Tho maybe I just forgot a bit about her and she is crazy too but at the very least she is less crazy than the rest.

I'm having difficulty finding the point that the game jumped the shark, I'm starting to think that it jumped it from the start but I was being too hopeful that it was going to become something interesting.

Honestly this game is kind of in Guilty pleasure territory for me. It's not good but it's good enough that I want to keep playing and see what happens for whatever reason.
