This game in my opinion needs more meaningful content. I think the path/karma system creates interesting choices, but those need to be done and dont necessarily add something meaningful or relevant. It makes sense, for any plot step to move forward, different options need to be created, options one will only see in different playthroughs. This may be the cause of the game resulting in short, and kind of unsatisfactory despite the fact of being 2.5GB. Cause the game feels really short.
The begining of the game, plotwise, seems ambitious and its slowpaced, achieves to build a couple of characters and their relationships, and also introduce the main plot, which will,i guess, justify the game mechanics that go with it, in this case superpowers, and the relationship between protagonist and the girls.
The problem is that once the stage of making choices starts, the flow changes and the story loses most of its initial quality. This happens when the Mc moves to the house, from that point the plot kind of stops, and remains in the background with a couple of misteries here and there that so far remain unsolved, but produce optional content in the process.
The phrasing is decent, there are typos but i didnt find nothing serious and discouraging. The writing though, meaning how the characters and the relationships are built and assembled, and the way the story is told, is decently good early in the game,and average with some poor moments later. For instance:
A half naked girl is cuddling with a guy, he is hard and she thinks he has a foot fetish, cause there was some feet on the tv. I, as a player, didnt make a choice of watching feet on the tv, so neither did the MC, so why would she think that he has a foot fetish? Well, cause the writer made it that way to justify for her offering him a footjob later.
The thing is in order to achieve that, that scene was made "canon". If you are not into that you will probably have a Cringe moment, you are warned! That for me is a poor writing moment.
And theres the fact that the blue haired girl doesnt have a defined personality profile or whatever, she is everything, depending on the situation and she changes her desires out of nowhere, even if you dont use mental control. There is an actual phrase that she says like "i wanted to do it, not because of being controlled".
So i personally have the feeling that this mind control thing serves as a tool for not having to create believable contexts for the situations to happen or at least a tool that makes building those situations easier.
Theres more but this review would take forever (and it will be moderated untill i die).
Visually, the game is appealing, despite the fact that DAZ females share like 75% of their features, but girls here look good and renders are nice to watch, without being extraordinary nor having any notable innovation, besides some attemp at fixing some deformations. Most of the girls also you have already seen in some game.
Animations? there are some, and well, having them adds something,they are not bad, but they are not groundbreaking either.
The posing of still scenes is good, convincing, and it is the best feature of this game in my opinion, it would make the game deserve 4 stars if it wasnt so short. And this is the potential of this game in my opinion, but so far, due to those things i explained i wouldnt rate it higher than 2.
Finally if you are not into the fetishes portrayed in this game,bear in mind that some are subtle, some are hardcoded, and other than the fetishes and kinks there is not much of a force that makes the game satisfactory right now.
