Um it is been a long time after I finish this game like before it get official translate so this game gonna get update? or new DLC, I just go check dev post and in his banner profile it show name scar of summer after so anybody can tell me?

Don't think there's any translation for this. Most folks I heard who played it used something like MTool and I can't be arsed to do any of that.
EDIT: Nevermind, yep. MTool is really the way to go as per above.

A new game called Scars of Summer After is being developed.
It's a hybrid sequel as it also contains additional scenes for scenarios in the first game's timeline.
The dev has been working on it for a long time but lately has taken a break due to burnout. No release date is announced. Personally won't recommend hoping for anything earlier than 2023.
Status per the last dev update post:
System: 95%
Map: 95%
Mini games: 50% ⇒ 60%
Main scenario: 60% ⇒ 65%
H scenario: 5% ⇒ 7%
CG: 28% ⇒ 32%
