Well a guy named Martin shows up has sex with Mimi and the aunt, you cant stop it only watch it with a spycam. Martin may be removed in a future update or may not. If this counts as NTR or not, I'm not sure we've had conflicting definitions of what is or is not NTR in this thread.

Looks like both : 7zip and total commander are outdated on your comp. To update 7zip you may use ninite.com (like this site!), TC i use is ver 8.52 (I "enter" zip file and move the DIR with mouse outside for TC to unzip it, if you have 7zip "connected" with "zip" files it may just run 7zip from TC and won't work ....)

number [4] is all the Love levels again 150.000000 max's the app (not sure that is actually the max amount the character can achieve)

Key: Directly after the lunch that he tells you about it visit the janitor's office. He's not in but there's a marker star on a file drawer. Click on it and you have the key.
USB: Where does Bill spend his time in the mornings? Usually peeking on his sister in the women's bathroom or in the men's bathroom (probably wanking after peeking on his sister). Directly after the lunch he tells you about it, go to the men's bathroom and there's another marker star on the floor near a stall. Click on it and it's the USB.
-2nd Ask Janitor to find. Janitor finds flashdisk for you for 50 bucks. Next day get it from janitor.
