Man what a nostalgic game. I remember playing this back then along with SB3 and some of the other older games. Kinda wanna grab this again to relive it haha. Also for those saying MTL, pretty sure some people translated this over at HongFire back then so if this is that same HF patch it should be good. Was very VN-like so your positions and customizations were fairly limited. I don't remember if there was a free mode in this or if you just had to go back through different story scenes to play through different positions.

Not every Illusion game was MTLed, some during the HongFire days got a proper translation. I haven't played this one since before that site went down, so I forget if this was one of them. In fact, HongFire going down was probably part of what led to the overflow of MTLed Illusion games we have today since most translations outside of those by Illusion themselves come from Patreon. We all know what that means, though, to be fair, not all Patreon devs are that bad.


The HongFire community translated this back when it was relatively new, but yeah, it is more of the VN type Illusion puts out on occasion, so it does have less actual game content.


It's new because it wasn't on here, there doesn't have to be new content for a game to be added long after release. As far as the screenshots, I have to agree, not a good way to advertise what was actually pretty decent for its time.


This is not a repack, so no, it is more involved.






Of course, this was while they were still using their own proprietary engine, which saying that did not play nice with Windows 10 after the Anniversary update is an understatement. Low FPS doesn't even begin to describe the headache. The only fix I found was to stick a d3d9.dll from before the Anniversary update into the game folder.

I might give it a shot if there's ever a decent repack (like from ScrewThisNoise, for example), but given there's no customization it's not very likely. KK gives a lot better results and honestly I can't waste the drivespace on an Illusion title with no customization

Sooo what is special with this version ? Is it now competible with Windows 10 ? Because the last time i downloaded it somwhere else and it can't even reach 20 FPS, my PC running on RTX2060.
Tried to replace the DLL file and didn't work aswell....

I remember KISS games like the one with the girlfriend that you had to court and you unlocked stuff via dating her and taking her to places and you could fuck her everywhere, can't remember the name something kanojo... it's from maybe 2008? it was great and you can't find it anymore unless you search a lot.

Custom Reido V was amazing, better than Custom Maid or those generic illusion games where you create a chick and fuck her with no fun... Custom Reido V with the xpansion was an amazing trainer, you could level up your skills to train the girls better, you could choose their bodies and as you progressed their personalities.

Those games were not only dick breakers they were pure entertainment... nowadays we get shit like HONEY SELECT 2 you create a girl you fuck her you fap you exit the game and nothing else, game has no soul...

Here are some easy to follow instructions if you are dumbass like me, find the "Образ игры [Main Game]" folder and either extract the the iso or mount it either way find the folder called "setup" inside the installation folder and open "ILLUSION すくぅ～るメイト2" thats how you install the game and remember to change the default installation path and change the folder name don't leave it on japanese.

Now lets go back to the folders in russian and find the folder "Вспомогательные" open School Mate 2 HF Patch and thats pretty much it, just next next, since it finds were your installed the game automatically even if you change the installation path i tested it, fucking installation has anti-dumbass measures, and thats it.

Now that said anyone had any luck installing the "School Mate 2 Special 3P" dlc that is on the "Официальные патчи [Official Patch]"? since it crash and also fucks the base game and "school2_03_plus" and "school2_03_plus_fix" didn't fix it like i assume it says on the "установка School Mate 2 Special 3P" text, i also tried installing the base game and 3p dlc and then the HF patch since it has options for the 3p and it also didn't worked

We need ScrewThisNoise but he probably has his hand full with his other ILLUSION repacks

Any example of the translation? The screenshots are all moonrunes. Machine Translation can really ruin a game.

As far as I remember playing this game, the translation was done properly, not by machine.
