Looking at the last few release dates I'm guessing the 30th of this month (or round that time)
I think pregnancy will not be realized for a long time, although there is a place for it in the savings. I edited the save file and made Britney Brooks pregnant for 60 days. But this did not affect her in any way, although pregnancy is indicated in the character's table, but she herself is thin as a match.
