Not yet on body mods. Only things like hair color, skin color, a few outfits, etc. KsT hasn't said if body mods will be an option.

Modifying meshes adds a whole new layer of complexity. For a one man outfit it might be too big of an ask. Palette swaps and accessories are within the realm of reason.

The reason is the clothes. If you change the mesh you have to apply the changes to all of the clothes too. It's a really big ask.

Love the twist, even thought I hate NTR I still played Billys path and it was great, nothing too mayor and it didn't seem forced.
Hope this game has similar things for every ones taste but I want the MC to still be the best.
