She is 16. Plus why does it matter if she is? Most countries the age of consent is 16 or lower. In my books as soon as a girl hits puberty she is a woman so as long as she is 13 or older it's finding my books. Just look at Japan their age of consent is 13 years old so South Korea.
What's in your book matters nothing in this case. Patreon has several rules regarding to things like that, like the incest one, and there's barely a dev that is willing to risk to go against that. Btw, her being included wouldn't make any sense from a storytelling pov either, so there it goes.
I absolutely agree. Not only that somehow even after my repeated cold shoulder Mom somehow starts rubbing one out after a good night kiss next to "the love of her life" husband. After playing several days in uggh! The writing and dialogue are that of a pubescent teenage male who has spent way too much time fapping to PornHub. It is SOOOO bad I can barely describe it. One example, the mom after repeated rejection of her advances all of a sudden becomes a dominatrix to her son and makes him her sex slave. She goes from pining over him in a sickly lustful way to having inner dialogue about how weak his, etc. Uff! I think I'm going to lose IQ points playing this game any further.

age of consent isnt necessarily an all-access pass, and it might still contain age restrictions for the partners. an example, in kentucky a 16 or 17 year old cannot legally consent if their partner is more than 10 years older than them, even though age of consent is 16.
im no lawyer, but i assume that age of consent has little to do with whether or not a minor can be in these games anyway. i would think that it doesnt matter if a country has age of consent at 16 or even 13, if that country has laws prohibiting the sexual portrayal of people/characters that are under 18. the portrayal of minors laws seem to be the relevant thing here, especially since law enforcement takes that a lot more seriously.
regarding chloe, shes certainly my favorite character, because shes supportive and genuinely good. but not everything needs to be fuckable.
