Writing sucks. None of characters seem to have any sort of personality, it's like AI written. Too fast paced as well.

I honestly never thought anyone would accuse this game of being fast paced. You could 100% World of Warcraft before getting the first tit scene in this game.

It's been a while since I played this but I don't remember anything taking that long, this game is kinda short and rushed, the mom's personality does a 180 (or maybe it was to having the hots for her son) like out of no where to rush to the endings.

i got nichole to -29 (i even snowballed) and my charcter is still "saving" her
wtf?
don't put an option (keeping on hating nichole) in the game if you won't follow through it.
edit: never mind the dad dream is gold.

That's a fun stance to have on a site with numerous tags. It's a bit like saying you should be fine with necrophilia if it's just still images anyway(analogy doesn't work for this in particular since it has animations).
I do agree with you in part about imagining a different relationship between characters though. It just doesn't work very well for some stories. Knowing if the game primarily focuses on a mother/son relationship is completely relevant.

AtotehZ, i originally made my point, or rather my experience of being immersed in a game of the category we are considering. During any game, we turn into artists in reverse. We play roles not to make a movie, but to be in the image of the hero of the already released movie, in this case the game. I do not particularly need that the text names correspond exactly to "mom", "dad", "son", "daughter", and so on. The initial indication of family relationships is enough for me. But many players can't agree that there is no clear textual narrative. I think that's just poor imagination.
