Ok, so I've looked through this thread and I've not really had much luck with finding any further specifics so if anyone can help me out in regards to getting the keys from the workshop, that'd be great. As I understand it, its roughly meant to take 2-3 weeks of solidly working at the workshop but I've pretty much worked daily in the workshop for about 6-7 in-game weeks now and not a single key has been found and at least 2 weeks of that was solidly working there as I was also skipping college for progress with the mother.
I've repaired the bathroom light between 5-10 times now I reckon. So if anyone can say whether they were finding keys after repairing just once or more would be great.
I've also read that certain events don't trigger unless others with different girls have already happened, so as far as progress with the girls go, roughly at trying to trigger under table hotspot for mother - I've bought her a new swimsuit, maxed out the amount of money I should need to give her and bought her 1 set of new underwear, I can get her to pull mc's pants down while he's fixing the sink as well as looking at her ass but no touching if I roll up her skirt...I'm also able to wake up when she's sucking mc off but I can't seem to get her to sleep on mc if I chose to not watch porn, the scene ends rather that letting me 'play a joke' as the guide says...Lala's on her second trip to the club, Laura's a bit more vague, going from the walkthrough I'm apparently at a point where I need her key, I can't use the option to steal her money yet but I have visited her while she's asleep drunk a few times....as for the other girls, I've completed the events for both Ella and Maya as far as the guide mentions them at least, still trying to ask Jessica to teach me volleyball without someone else derailing the convo. Not progressed at all with either teacher....the event for the teacher getting her skirt flipped seems to be really rare...and the other I have no idea how to trigger atm...I can't get the bar girl to show me her rack, she just rides away in the park no matter what I seem to do/say. I've spent a night passed out at the police woman's apartment. I've bought an insane amount of coffee and cake and can stick a finger in the café worker...lastly, I've bought coffee and cake for the office lady yet not progressed further yet.
Are there any major events that might be holding me back from finding these keys? Progression-wise how soon are other people finding them?

go to C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\RenPy
amd delete all the files inside the folder named HouseScreen-1482316098
also delete the files inside where you unzipped the game to. aka Second_happiness-1.3-all\Second_happiness-1.3-all\game\saves

1 with a sunglasses. i think that explains that you shall go on with the same thing
1 with a ? not sure what that does
1 with a end, i think that means that you don't need to do what you did anymore

I knew I was doing something stupid, I just didn't realise I was so stupid that I already had them! God damn! I must have missed the dialogue as I usually quickly click through events that grind stats!

1 thing there ignore me are that it's very small letters up in the left corner
and the daytime and day are barely visible in the lover right corner
but overall a very good game

I'm stuck on this too, I finded the UP hotspot and gave me one heart, but after that it gave me nothing. what should I do?

C'mon guy's, please share your comments on how to get Shantrel and Mina to have sex with, cause I've tried everything, and even now, Mina asks me for $50.00 before I even get in the club, so, I can't even go to her place anymore, I'd really like to know where exactly I fucked up

Soooo....according to the walkthrough I'm at a point with Shantrel where I'm supposed to say no to watching TV with her for a few Sundays, each time a question mark love heart should show for it......Can't seem to get it to show though? As far as I can tell, I've exhausted her current watch porn>turn it off dialogue and on Wednesdays she puts her feet up on MC's legs but wont let me touch her underwear.
*EDIT* Never mind, I was saying no to watching TV, you're supposed to say no to touching up her boobs...Ofcourse I only realise this after asking...Ah well, maybe this will help someone else!
