Yes you can "boink" the shit out of mom. Translation is still the same to me.

besides in the games folder.....where are the saves kept on the pc???.... I removed all the saves from the games folder....but it still shows they are there when I load up the game

In the search bar on your PC (bottom left) try typing in %appdata% and then go to local or roaming. In local it will list the game or in roaming click Renpy and then scroll to see the games files that are still on your puter.
