Oral. When you suck something your oral skill goes up. Until you hit a level cap. Then you have to train the skill someplace else, once you unlock (raise) the cap. This is true for most skills. They'll hit a cap and then you have to unlock how to raise the cap so you can continue to improve the skill.

I Have NOT Seen Bob Since Joining Gym.
have not worked out with Bob at MC's Apt.

take training clothes on in the morning on weekdays
go to foyer and you should see a message about call bob
