I don't understand dude, if the girl gets her hp to 0 you can fuck her on the ground, the only way for the game to play a dead scene is if the MC dies or if you fail a main quest, like the crates you need to protect, at least last I checked was that way.
As as side note the MC becomes doomguy with the sage+longer buff+revolver+full of vitality, add in will into bullets for overkill, just nuke everyone and keep fucking your girls, in very hard you can 18shot a tintan if you hit him in the head is stupid op.

There is another case. I'm surprised you never encountered it since it seemed to be the most common.
The girls have two HP bar. The regular one and one in their downed state. If the zombies grab one of them while in the downed state and before you heal her, this second bar will start dropping. And once it reach 0...

open your steam application and see if it runs well or not.. if your version isn't cracked properly or just not cracked..
it may be trying to open steam and it cant for whatever reason..

this is only a guess, while thinking about the process.. if you don't have this problem, it may be that your PC can't run it

You found the darkest part of the whole game, and I think it's the same for every1. If you try to adjust the brightness, and the view distance in the settings, maybe it will help a bit.

Death Scenes are working fine for me, so they are definitely in this update. I downloaded the whole game from the gofile link

I guessed you have not let your girls "die" or you would have gotten game over due to one girl being killed by the zombie. Why I mentioned this is that the value for the girls getting raped by the zombie would amount to nothing if it game over the minute one of them died. Also, the player can not even fuck the girl's dead body, so why let them be killed and get the game over? Might as well let them girls get captured and we save the girls. Just like how L4D character(s) dies and spawned in a random room for the hero to release them from.

I am certain some of us play this game just to see zombies rape the girls and not kill the girls. The kill can be put in the gallery or as an option. Like how in the first game the girl gets captured after being ambushed and the hero got to save the girl. Just without the death penalty. This would be more worthwhile than getting the game over and having to start from the beginning.

I usually hate NTR because it's just dogshit writing. If it's done well I don't mind it as much. People always want to talk about realism to back up their views, where's the realism in every girl in a game cheating on you out of fucking nowhere? Games will have characters that are like the completely innocent/loyal type of girl and she'll just cheat on the MC or whatever just because it's an NTR game. It's usually just mindless kink/shock value over realism. I'm talking about general NTR at this point, not specifically this game because I haven't seen the NTR content here.

NTR is the type of thing that I feel needs a good set up and some realism. EG: Not all girls cheat and there's usually warning signs like they're clearly narcissistic and such. The only girl I feel fits into that category slightly is probably

I'm not fond of H games where any of the girls fall for anybody (including the MC) the moment they're fucked by them anyways, that's just some more dogshit writing usually. Don't get me started on the shitty dialogue most NTR games have...

The fucking during missions isn't canon btw, you can clearly tell they don't consider that during any of the scenes by mentioning it's their first time having sex with the MC and such. You saying "They're not married or dating or in love" when most the girls say they love you or at least act like it and shit is just stupid btw. Like things need to be explicitly stated anyways. "It's not NTR" when the fucking devs call it NTR themselves, lol. Feel free to look at the DLsite tags.

TLDR: I don't mind NTR in games (If it's set up well/realistic) , but I usually hate "NTR games". Like Mahou Shoujo AI and many similar types of hentai could be considered NTR, but they're not fucking obnoxious about it and you wouldn't consider them typical NTR right? There are some VNs and stuff that have NTR elements without being "NTR games" too that are great because they actually set shit up in a way where NTR is reasonable.

I agree in one thing. A well built story is a MUST, not just in the NTR games, but in every kind of games, but the rest of your comment is just about how much you hate NTR elements in all story. Many people complaining here and saying, this is just a simple shooting game without erotic content. There is a little truth in it, but at the same time it's exaggeration. The sex part is there, just not in the best "quality" ..atleast on the quests. However, I have some ideas about what could improve the monster sex in the game ..although I'm not sure everyone will be on the same opinion.
We already have some nice combat and death scenes what we can easly watch in the gallery. Not too many yet, but they are still good. However, the most players prefer to see these monster contents during the zombie fight, rather than afterwards in a lab. The only problem is that, you can’t really enjoy these H-scenes during the missions, because you are too engrossed with fighting and to protect the heroines. In addition, for the rape scenes, the heroines' HP must reach the zero, which is almost the same as losing the mission. In other words, I could say that the developers continued the SOD2 where the first one was stopped, because just like in the first game, the problem is still with the main idea, which the game is based on.

But then the question remains, what needs to change to make it a great monster rape sex game?! The simplest answer is would be that, the monster rape with the heroines even should possible, if the girls' health is full yet, and under the H-scene, their HP shouldn't reduce at all. But for this, the dev should have to radically change the whole game, so it's better if I don't even start this line. But fortunately there is another similar option, what would already be easier to implement.
The main point of this, the most quest can only be lost in one way ..if the MC dies.
In my opinion when a heroine becomes incapable of fighting because her HP drops to 0, it doesn't need to be decreased more until -100 while she getting raped, and we don't need a Game Over after that. The advantage of this idea would be that the heroines never die, so you can enjoy the rape scenes as long as you want ...or until you or another heroine rescue the girl who is in trouble. In other words there is no time limit.
Maybe this endless rape idea sounds a little weird at first for some ppl, but maybe it's still better then if u can't see a single monster rape scene in a mission...
However, the dev has to be solved that, a quest can only be won, if you reach the end of the level with the whole team. In this case, you won't be able to leave all heroines behind you somewhere on the field...

But there is still one question then. If you can't lose the missions coz of the heroines, what will happen with the death scenes? I have just one solution for this. When the MC dies in a mission, the game can randomly choose a heroine for the scene with the same monster who you died by.
So far what ruins the game's hentai part is you have no chance to enjoy any sex/rape scene, coz the heroines falling too fast. So the game is really just about shooting zombies right now. But if there were no time limit during the sex scenes, maybe more ppl would calling it a porn game.

I don’t think this idea is perfect because there maybe some dead ends in it, but their correction is only a matter of detail. I described this as an option but not for any other reason.

I had to read some part twice by the time I understood the point. But since I don't expecting any update with giant contents, the only way you can see this "endless rape" in this game if some1 drops out a mod where all heroines are immortal.
