Yeah I have:
i5 3.3Ghz
8Gb ram
GTX 1050ti 4Gb
and still has frame drops (with ultra graphics)
maybe ill need to get 16gb of ram if want to play with 60fps

The game is not yet optimized and these beta builds are running in debug mode, so it's going to perform very poorly until it gets built as a release package (and they do more asset optimizations)

I recommend upgrade 1050ti or up (1070 still lag when too many zombie on the screen @1920x1080)

but the graphics cards are out of order now...

It's not. It's as I said. SoTD2 is UNOPTIMIZED. It's not a production build and therefore won't run as well.
It doesn't require a GPU update, it just requires being patient.
