His route is the only where Marianne escapes which could be useful to overthrowing the twins later or so i have been told at the moment replaying to save Delane to be able to go through his route

It's a primary theme of the game... It's avoidable, but you lose a lot of the best content if you turn it off.

It is one of several fetishes the game heavily caters to, and all you lose by turning it off is the NTR itself. While this is well-made content, it's only like 20% of the available scenes, most of which are similarly strong.
So yes, NTR is avoidable. Even if you don't turn it off (there's an option to at the end of the prologue), the choices that lead to it tend to be pretty well telegraphed and there aren't any that are forced on you.
