There is a scene in the sewers which comes very close to rape. It might upset people who are averse to rape scenes, so the tag is appropriate, IMO.
I don't know, people tend to use tags to find content, so it's a little annoying to have tags that don't reflect what's in the game. Imagine how disappointed an anal sex lover would be with a game labeled anal because they get close to penetration. How the fuck does this not have the sexual harassment tag? Not only would that properly warn the easily triggered, that's what ALL the content pretty much is. It's weird.
