Where is the TV station?
I am guessing that it doesn't show up if your morality is too high to do the photoshoot (but that is just a guess).

EDIT: I figured it out. With high morality the TV station isn't opened up until after the Gym.

Oh my, i just checked his patreon and he is earning just $518... seems like this kind of detective game is not much appreciate, because his game is very well made. Maybe when he add secs to the game it will increase his income.

From the changelog, "The King of the rats quest still CAN'T BE COMPLETED, no new items can be collected."

So, we'll all have to wait till the next release before finding all the gems. Consider supporting him on patreon if you want to speed him along.
