I had the rope tool but could find no way to use it. The text implies that there must be a way, though, because that line wouldn't be added unless there was (Chekhov's Gun).

There's no other pictures set in the yard, so I don't think it leads anywhere in this update. At most you missed dialogue/lore. I didn't bother.

If it doesn't have the green dot, you can't. I got the green dot after I talked to the reporter during the school case, and did some commercials there. I don't know how to meet the reporter other than that way. Maybe you can do a search of the thread and find out other ways. It would be a bummer if the only way that location opened up is with a chance encounter in one case.

I am stuck again in Tony´s case ... I got 2 dogs statues and searched and got everything in the first room that it is opened with the first key... How could I pass to the others rooms that they surrounded by holes¿? They talk about a rope, and I have, but nothings happens when I try. Somebody, help¡¡¡

but i can't see note#5 , do you know where is it or can you tell me which room in the manison can i interact with? i can get to orge room(right upper corner), room with code 8723, room at middle up, the room with a secret tunnel to get through and the room to put my statues.

that's not the case, there is note locate within dat room which needs dog statues to unlock, u just need right order.
