Pregnancy is a mechanic. MC can get pregnant only from slimes, tentacles and goblins. After impregnation, she will feel herself sick next day.

how do I download the save file and put it on game?

ok to put the save file in the game download the save file extract it and copy the contents inside the save folder go into your Key_of_Egg-English_v1.092 folder then click 卵の鍵v1.092 folder then click 卵の鍵 folder then go to a folder called www then click a folder called save then paste the contents you copied into the save folder.
