Does quality of vocoder and skin layer have any effect on a a bot besides sell price?

The skin layer is damaged during combat and sex and higher rated parts suffer less damage so they provide an advantage. The vocoder matters in the 'Karaoke' quest, I can't think of any other place for vocoders.

When updating the game I sometimes add things that make parts matter so even if this is all for now there will probably be other effects in the future.

Bug Fix version 0.12.6.

There were too many bugs in 0.12.5 released a few days ago. I can't guarantee there aren't more but the five I was informed of here or on Discord should be fixed. There is also a new screen in the 'Framed!' quest with a hint. Here's a link to the new version for all platforms, the game information, and the source code. As always, if you use the source code you should mention Radnor as he requested. My signature here on F95Zone always has a link to the most recent version as well. Page 1 is updated with the new version but this bug fix release will NOT be mentioned in 'Latest Updates'. Cheers!

Need a bit of help. I´m trying to mod new bots using the current bots as a templated and it DOES work, BUT the videos don´t run or take a ton of time to run. I´m not used to degrade video quality, so I´m not sure which is the best quality version to run/load as soon as required by the game. Outside the game everythng runs fine.

I'm not really much help, there are no videos in the 'vanilla' game and I have no experience making videos. I suggest looking at other bot mods to see what video formats they use, Daedalron bots for example.

Ok, so this game is a interesting and somewhat fun concept, played it for hours even though there's not alot of sex scenes and variety, but needs some improvements here and there.

Can the work option that costs 3 AP be changed to not end the time slot we are in? Lets say we have 13 AP, but we click work or want to get work out of the way before going out to salavge all day at the dump. If you work first you lose the other 10 AP for that time slot. Instead you have to do alot of clicking back and forth (traveling from home to dump or market then back home) to not waste all your AP (I also discovered the BACK button after like day 100 when i prevously just loaded previous saves if a I wasted a day and I saved recently.)

I'd also like to see some of the mod ideas implemented into the full game, like being able to train or have sex with your bots without damaging them. Like even when I get to S class in sex and my bot is also S class it still gets damaged? Do we have a dong made of pure adamantium and piston faster and harder than a V8 engine? Are we sure we are not a bot ourselves....

I believe the work option is technically at least 3 AP and think it may give more money based on the total AP spent, but could be wrong.

It's not that hard to do all your stuff and then click on 'Work' last and the other reply was true, you get a small benefit from working when you have more than 3 AP left. This won't change.

All that "clicking back and forth" is how the game is played. I get that you don't like grind but this also will not change. As you advance in the game your trained bots will alleviate some of the "clicking back and forth".

Sorry you didn't see the 'Back' button but it's there and now you are using it.

Things with moving parts wear out. Damage will happen no matter how good the parts are. The best bots are strong and it's easy for accidents to happen. Again, as you advance in the game your trained bots will alleviate some of the "busy work" fixing damaged bots. Although you didn't mention this, many others complain about stability loss too. Bots have a tough time acting like humans and not accidentally hurting humans. Unlike bots, we're emotional, illogical, and fragile. All this work destabilizes them. As the game progresses you'll be able to afford capsule upgrades that alleviate this busy work too.

I say this next thing to everyone who complains about how the game works and I know it sounds like I'm being a jerk but that's not my intent. I always preface it with this; Imagine we're sitting on barstools or in a coffee shop chatting. If you'd just said to me what you posted I'd reply. "There are lots of games out there and life is short. If this game isn't for you that's OK, just look around and I'm sure you'll find a game that is better for you." I know this game isn't for everyone. Cheers!

You've covered all the bases! The most lucrative is also the slowest. The BBS offers need updating and until they are updated they are the highest dollar amount. It will probably stay that way but the advantage will someday be less. Unfortunately it's also quite slow, offers only show up so often. To be honest, I don't know which of the alternatives are best after that.

I think D parts may come in handy for some repair orders, so usually hold on to some of those. It probably depends on the condition, because it isn't really worth wasting the APs repairing them for the relatively low amount you get, but as the dev said, BBS is generally the way to go.

Really like the game. The only thing that's really missing for me is more bot models and more explicit scenes. If a game makes you want more, that's always good.

If you want more bots check out the mod 'Daedalron Bots', if I remember correctly it adds 28 bots which more than doubles the number of bots in the game. There are many other bot mods too, feel free to experiment. You may find that mod authors have more explicit scenes than I create. I'm a novice at DAZ Studio and it shows!

I don't think anyone does anything complicated with ren py. You basically just upload the files you changed/added and then everyone can use them to overwrite the old files.

If you use git, basically anything that you commited since the last update.

Don't use git and that sounds too easy. The old files are mostly wrapped inside a large file named "sr24.rpa". Where would you put the revised files? All new to me.

You can actually add them very easily if you don´t make them as vids. I´m modding it - but I don´t plan to release it - with more real porn,using and following people who did it before, but the editing takes a ton of time. If you´not using vids, I believe you can easily add more with AI images. The modding structure is actually simple to follow.

I'm not certain what posts you're referring to but the mob stays. I know it's the part of the game that people complain about more than any other part of the game but to me that says it's serving it's purpose. When you finish a difficult task it is much more satisfying than when you finish a trivial task.
