Idk I haven't played the game but just looking at the teaser images and banner on this site I don't see a single woman without cup sizes ranging from "extremely large / porn star" to "absurdly oversized plastic surgery addict". The story is so bad and the gameplay is so wobbly that the effort isn't worth it.

You download the new version and install it. Then you copy/paste your save folder from the older version to the newer and there you go

Chill, mate. It is not that bad.
It just needs an editor, some events moved from the afternoon, and a bit of cleanup. You can still play it fine.
