Okay, I'm stuck and I'm guessing it's either a bug or the content isn't implemented, I don't know how far along it is.

So I've got the cowgirl in the garden but she turned up the day after I'd got the quest for the potion and I didn't know who the hell Penelope was. Now in the 'Girl Guide' it says to "Talk to her more. (Dusk)" and for Keeper it says to "Make Penelope happy", but I can't do anything with Penelope. When I talk to her at Dusk she says, "Hey Hun... Let's talk later yeah!" and at all other times, she says something about settling in. Now the others are all waiting to be talked to at the 'beach' but nothing has triggered for that yet, so is there a command to trigger whatever hasn't been triggered and continue with this or am I just gonna delete this?

There seems to be a problem with the file stored on Mega.
Keeps saying there is a temporary fault when you try to download.
Help please.
Normally take less than 5 mins to download this time 4 hours. Not an internet issue as all other files download fine.
