There are 2 methods to start this game. First try method 1(easy), if it doesn't work go for method 2.

Method 1:
Please run Start.exe using Japanese Locale System or locale emulator and delete install.inf

Inside the install.inf file, change the Current = "REPLACE_WITH_GAME_PATH" with the directory where you copied the game... test it!!! i have win 11 and it works for me
