Well I have tried all the steps and troubleshooting steps and it wont run. Not sure what the deal is... sometimes the application pops up in my task manager as a suspended application but I can't do anything to get it to run. I am running on windows 10 if that means anything.
Well it randomly started working. I did not do anything but now its running man computers can be a pain sometimes.
For people still having trouble, another possible reason you may be having problems is if your file path is too long. I think that is what fixed my issue.
