I don't normally post detailed updates here, but here you go.

Patreon has delivered to me an order to redesign my models or GTFO. Apparently they're minors. I have been requested to add big tits (because their heights are normal) and remove the toon details (makes them look like loli dolls apparently).

This is... a delay.

I am unsure how long this will take me at this stage to start character design from scratch. I had a few characters with small boobs, so I'll need to change them, and changing the toon out means I'll have to update everyone in the game because they're all a smidge toony as you've seen. Game would look weird if they all didn't have the same basic features.

For the record, I think this is total bullshit. But whatever.

Maybe I'll make a high school game instead, right? no minors there.

Anyway. Thanks for the support so far. I'll get this game done, but this has really put a dent in my wagon.

fuck patreon, that shit is dying anyway, you already have subscribestar, activate bymeacoffee or so...the more devs leave it, the better.

it's not so much devs leaving, as supporters still prefer patreon. kind of forced to bend over for patreon atm.

this is a rant i could go on forever. my wife barely reaches my shoulder. she's got small boobs, and i have never in my head thought she was a little girl for it. i kinda personally like smaller boobs. i hate the whole "if you like small boobs you're a pedo" argument. it's bullshit.

Sure they prefer it now. It's what their use to after all. Moving to subscribestar and buymeacoffee is a big change and people don't like change, not at first anyway. But with the steady decline of support for the dying platform, we find ourselves in an adapt or die situation. Devs who refuse to leave patreon will lose more support as they are forced to change their games to fit their overlords tastes, while supporters that refuse to leave patreon are stuck with garbage games. I say take the stand and move platforms. Sure a few supporters won't follow you, but how many will you lose when nobody likes the game patreon has been sticking their fingers in? How many will you lose when updates are few and far in between because patreon makes you redo the whole game? How many will you lose when patreon finally sinks because they're a bullshit platform that doesn't realize reducing support for their devs means less support for their website, then you find you missed your chance to move with all the other devs to a more reliable site before you lost all your fans? I love your work and I hate to see patreon saying "We'll take it from here" and deciding to turn your games into the same cookie cutter trash we've seen a million times. I'd hate even more to see you stop making games because you went down with the ship. So I say leave them to die on their own if that's what they want. But that's just my opinion.

i kind of want to shift over. but for now, i can't afford it. having said that, it's a part of the reason i'm delaying STH2 for a month or two while i decide what to do. i'm working on something else patreon can't argue with... :p

it'd be a bit horrifying in its current form as it'd make it hard to host porn, and DOES cover our work even if we don't have real models. which is just more reckless stupidity in my view. erotic works using fictional characters and situations are, and should remain, a personal choice. while the basic spirit of the law is fairly reasonable, it has misused the spirit to chuck a blanket over the whole industry.

Hey, can I ask how many hags there will be this time? And could you give a little preview of them? Do they change or are they non-transformable hags (don´t get me wrong, i loved Daphne, i just want permanent hags this time!") I hope my favorite character (Nakita) has a lot of content.

Well guess if we don't want patreon to dictate changes we'll have to put our money where our mouths are and join the resistance on SubscribeStar xD

It ain't much, but here's 1 Guava sub to the pile ;)

Btw, probably wouldn't hurt having a tier between Guava and Peach. 5 -> 20 is a fair price jump, just a thought :)
