The main story is completed, but they usually add some extended content or bonus material, as well as any bug fixes.

Oh, lucky day! I just finished playing this game yesterday, and to see some extended endings added today is great to hear! The game was great, but I did feel that the endings could use a bit more "epilogue" for closure.

No harem tag after 3 years of development, and nearing completion.

Yes, that is the "default" and most say it makes more sense, but you have the "option" to make her your "sister" and the game lets you change it. It is an option in the options before you start the game, all of their games have this "option".

Seeing that the main story is finished and the dev is now completing the epilogues, I'd say there is ZERO chance of a harem!! LOL!!!!!
