I get your point - but up to now I never saw a challenging game in this genre. Most of them are just boring and tedious. Your game has the same problem. There is no real gameplay. Pick clothes, go to work, go to library, go home, on couch, homework, sleep - and repeat. Maybe some ppl have fun with that. For me this is no gameplay. It is work - boring work. I work to unlock new scenes ever now and then.
Most games in this genre are just filled with busywork for no good reason. I get what you want, but that needs more gameplay. A quite good example might be the really old game "Princess Maker 2" - that is what most of these kind of dating and/or corruption games want to be. (that was no adult game, patched it had some nudity i think.) The game itself didnt have that much gameplay (depended of the path you played. when you send the princess on adventures there was a rpg game in it. And you had similar busy work like in these games (like yours) but with more impact. You send the child to jobs and her stats and what job she did most, changed the ending. Not very complex but for the several endings and random events it was quite fun.
The small story seems to be interesting and the renders are fine, but not enough for me to endure the monotonous playstyle. I am more a fan of story driven games (like the ones in my sig)
