Watch TV while Sarah's cleaning. If her stats are high enough, you should progress.

What is the trigger point for being able to give the maid outfit? It's in the MC's inventory and Sarah has been insulted down to 0/0/0. The diary has no entry at all beyond the first general and first cafe, so it's utterly unhelpful.
On the FB path I'm on #6 Waterfall (Part 2) and I'm either stuck or I've reached the end of the current content, since "wait for her to come home from school" doesn't seem to be working. And on the Winter quest it's on step 2 and no further progress. How many days need to go by?
Way too much grinding without any sort of in-game feedback as to whether you're doing what you need to do or not. Ellaraia should look at Man of the House for an example of how to provide good in-game feedback so that players don't get frustrated by grinding. Oh, and having stats reset to low values if they go over 120 is just plain insulting, a colossal waste of players' time, and crappy coding. Either remove the cap, or make sure that the values peg -- and stay pegged -- at whatever max value is set. Having them "wrap" down to a low value is stupid and makes me so angry that I want to just toss the game into the trash bin. Thankfully, it's fixable with the Renpy save editor. But players shouldn't need to resort to that sort of cheating to get around bad coding.

To wait for her, you need to watch TV at home and then it's:
if diaryBuddy == 6 and sarahLust >= 100 and currentTime >= 23 and currentTime <= 27
(currentTime is counted in half-hours, I think; I remember the event was sometime in the middle of day)
And I don't remember any unexpected resets, but stats can go down, e.g. Sarah is horny, then there's sex and she's less horny after. Makes sense to me, it's not like she has to stay at maximum horniness 24/7 for the rest of her life.

Thanks for all of this. So I need to restart my "pet" path game, as the WT instructions to immediately drive stats down is absolutely wrong. You have to destroy confidence, but you need to raise happiness and lust and you cannot do that if you've been constantly insulting her from the start -- which is too soon.
There is a problem if a stat goes from 115 to 10, instantly.

I've had it happen to any of the stats, and more than once (IOW, reset a stat back to 115-120 it was at before the game messed it up using the Renpy editor only to have that stat roll over to 10-15 again just a few minutes later). The first time I noticed it was on lust right after the FB masturbation scene. Also happened after watching a movie or telling a story.
Another bug I've been repeatedly running into is that the game frequently misreports where Sarah is and what she's doing. For example, as seen in the pics below, she is obviously not in the kitchen (she's in the lounge and that's where you can interact with her), yet the game reports that she is in the kitchen cleaning.

This is a known error which took me a long time to pinpoint. I believe it's fixed in versions after the one on here.
I'm not sure what's happening with your stats being reset: that shouldn't happen. I coded the stats to reset to 120 if you go over that, not lower. The only stat reset in the game is lust reducing to near-zero after a sex scene, this is to slow progression so you can't just complete the game in 10 minutes after you've maxed the stats. After the masturbation scene, her lust is reduced to zero and her other stats may lower slightly. She feels ashamed and masturbating again in the last thing she wants to do, hence the lust decrease.
The servant path leads to either slave or pet. This will change in 0.10, but for now, you can only play one path at a time.

3rd time i try this game. 3rd time i play for a half hour and still dont know what to do. 0 feedback to my actions at all beside this useless progression bar. If i have to download a walkthrough to play a game its not worth to play. (just my opinion)

The diary - the book at the top of the screen - is there to help you along the game. It's far from perfect, especially toward the beginning, but it does help. If you need something specific, then I'm happy to help.
