Dragging icons seems to be that if you pick them up in the gallery you can swap some scenes with the arrow keys. Usually just the direction they face but some stuff changes entirely
Anybody know how to trigger this scene in the gallery btw? I think Ifound a way to trigger every single scene except this one.

Never been able to figure that out myself. Some animations you can only see outside the gallery. That one above is one them. Other ones would include the second animation of the pink-hair researcher getting violated by the researchers, the girl violated by a researcher on a bed, and etc. Some animations that should be included in the gallery, but don't seem to work, can also only be found outside the gallery. For instance, I've never been able to see animation of Ex-Ill with the enemy that grips the prison bar unless it was outside the gallery.
Unfortunate :/ And pink girl with researchers? Cant say I found that one lol how do I trigger it?

That's because there is no such animation. I took a look at Stage 4 myself and I realized I had it wrong. After the researchers are killed, the pink-haired girl gets violated by a monster. There are two different animations, but both are with monsters. Sorry to misinform. It's been a long while.

Game is okay.
For any newer folks:
- there's a full save in the game's folder
- There are two folders: one for config/save, and the other folder which contains the game and a subfolder with the full save
- The folder with only config/save is where your save is read from but the game also has a another save folder inside its main folder which you also need to replace
