I can actually work with Renpy and I considered using it for the game at first. But I don't think it goes well with the corruption and scattered scenes with NPCs theme. Not unless you make a sandbox game which I think defeats the whole purpose...

The first porn games I played where RPGm ones, I've always loved the going around and interacting with every npc looking for hidden or secret scenes. Just don't get the same effect with renpy, but the biggest advantage of renpy is being able to save whenever you want.

ok retried still stuck randomly, sometimes the animation plays for a while before it stuck?
ok its the problem of playing the videos, sometimes it run smoothly sometimes not
real bug:
after saving the princess if you interact with the cell door you will have to see the scene again.

Apparently yes, it's totally random. I still have no idea what the problem even is, let alone be ably to fix it. Very sorry about this. I'll do my best to provide a patch ASAP.
True. The RPG Maker games' main disadvantage is not being able to save during a scene. But in my game, every time a choice menu is displayed during the scene, the save menu opens as well.
Hi! I've been working on the videos issue since yesterday. And I still have no clue to why it happens. However, I reworked all the rendered animation scenes and used a different software to convert them, since I suspected the previous converting software might've fucked them up. The quality of the animations dropped somewhat but they all seem to work perfectly now.
Here's the patch that should fix the problem:
You'll need to extract the content into the game directory "SOTV 0.3alpha\www\movies" and get a message asking if you want to replace the current files with the new ones, choose: (Yes to all) Duh...

Is there a chance, what Patreon code will be ever released for Non-Patreon players? Or there will be some separate gallery for Non-Patron, where you can only re-watch visited scenes, and no additional?
Is this game made with HS1 or HS2? For some reason difference between them didn't seems that big to me.
Probably not until the gallery has enough extra scenes that make being a patron worth it. If ever, I guess...
HS1. It looks a lot more realistic imo. Maybe mods could bring HS2 somewhere close, but the base models are in an uncomfortable point in the uncanny valley for HS2 if you ask me.

Yeah... It apparently doesn't. It made the issue less frequently occurring but didn't solve it. One of my patrons seems to have figured it out. I'll test his solution and, if successful, I'll provide a new patch. I still have no idea why this happens or why this solution seems to potentially work, and I'm even more confused why it doesn't occur in other games if this actually it.
