Is there a Black Fox fight? I got a save that has all EX's (including 4) beat but the crystal in the big room still says its not freed. Why is this?

okay for the life of my i cannot figure out how to get through the second lampa room. I cant struggle out of the traps or the pollen fast enough and the walkthrough is unavailable (at least for me) any help to be had? Is there an actual button i should be spamming and not just left right?

This room is pretty much hardest in the game, I havent found a way to escape it whitout triggernig at least 1 Lampas.

Global save. It reads you completed that scenario and skips it. Same happens on EX 3 with both Queen of Fairies (or whatever is called) and Sphinx battles

Okay, so it keeps saying I need the RPGVXAce RTP. I put in the filles needed but the game still says I need the RTP, and the running the patch does nothing but want me to keep downloading the .NET. Yes, I do follow what the README says but it still does nothing.

From your post I am lead to believe you didn't actually install the rtp or the .net. For .net, make sure you install the x86 version. You might also need to restart your pc.

Okay, thankyou. I honestly forgot to have x86 version, I just kept defaulting to x64.

The Pollen Projectiles don't hit you on the way back, only while slowly moving forward.

Once you realize that it's a pretty simple room.

There are two methods, depending on which you used will determine which of the instructions I utilize will work.

The first method is the installer which replaces the way it was done before.

1. Download the equivalent patch from the ULMF thread
   You must be registered to see the links
   .
2. Unpack the patch from the zip and place it in the main game folder.
3. Run the installer.
4. If it prompts you to download the net framework then go to the website it linked and make sure to download the 86x(32-bit) version, patch was made to work with support for people with older computers.
5. Wait for the patch to finish its job, indicated with a popup saying so.

The second method is the one used before the patch was changed towards an installer format.

1. Download the old patch version from this post
   You must be registered to see the links
   .
2. Decrypt the game archive (The RGSS3A file) using the decrypter by Falo, either there's a thread with a copy or I could provide you my copy if you need it.
3. Take the folders that were decrypted and put them in the main folder (You shouldn't have to overwrite anything).
4. Then you can either back up the RGSS3A file or just delete it. Don't keep it in the main game directory or it will interfere with the patching effort.
5. Take the patch files from the zip and place them in the main folder, then run the game exe.
6. A menu will popup saying Gaijinizer instead of the game, one of two things can happen:
   1. It will ask you to replace the game.ini file, accept in that case
   2. Overwrite past patch files, accept this as well if it appears
7. Select Patch game from the choices available on the Gajinizer screen.
8. The patcher will take some time and will freeze, a popup will notify when patching is done.
9. Press Ok and the game will quit automatically, starting the game up again will boot the game normally.
10. If done correctly and without issue, the game will be translated, indicated at the top with the patch version displayed and the game version displayed in brackets.

I hope this helped you out and if you have any specific problems, make sure to ask in the translation thread where you received the patch for support. I will however help you to the best of my ability as soon as I can, since it can be annoying to run into problems when you've gone through the process before.

When you run the patcher and don't have the relevant net framework installed, you should get a error message saying you need Net. Press Yes on the message, should open a webpage for the version you need, download the 86x version due to the patcher being compatible with 32-bit systems.

Sorry if that was unclear, I don't know the exact version or link at the moment, all I can offer is the explanation I was given since I have to have the newest Net Framework for the stuff I do.

Well after beating game you will have Ring of Bonding in eq. and it's says to wait a little longer for black fox... so yup i guess both games are in progress but im not so sure tho. Try visiting DL site for fresh news.

If i remember this right... they were already unpacked but u can extract files (from shrift folder) to Scripts folder but be sure to make copy.
