Holy shit iron maiden 2 should not exist as it does. I did beat her but i have to stop. I'll probably pick it back up later but man that was an awful encounter. The people who did this on the highest difficulty are fucking wizards.

While Iron Maiden 2nd fight might be difficult and tricky, you only need to focus on two things:
1) Your lust level (of course, else you lose)
2) Your binding status. While binding, you'll receive additional lust damage which can be problematic if you're low on energy. You can undo this by using struggle actions.

The downloads on this site only go up to EX3, if you get the FULL DLC up to EX4, then you need to reapply the translation patch available through a like in the OP

How do I genocide route after true mercy route? How to break relationship with girls? I can't fight with them because they don't come up with a fight to me, If I fight with them in dream(Bronze box) it only removes mental corruption not relationship. What should I do?

Turn off New Game + benefits before starting a playthrough. Should be on the main menu before you start the game under "Extras" or something like that. I don't think you should bother though unless you're on version 7.02 or below, since the Genocide route is impossible without cheating now because of the final boss.

Is there a way to download this that also isn't incredibly likely to be a virus? AnonFiles link is down, Mixdrop's download button doesn't actually work and just diverts me to a sponsored porn site, and UploadHaven diverts me to another (incredibly suspicious looking) website that tries to download an exe instead of a rar/zip/7z

Uploadhaven, and mixdrop are both working for me. I think you just need to get Ublock origin my dude, to block ads. That's an absolute must nowadays with these intrusive ads and viruses.

Considering they're all hand drawn animations in RPGM? That'd be a no. Well, unless someone manually draws all the uncensored frames, then goes into the game files and replaces the censored frames.

if i remember something, if you reach max affection with the monster and see the last affection escene, is going to be uncensored
