Hi guys! We're back to work! We've been working on a pending comission that we're currently finishing but we've also had time to plan the content of the next update of Shuggerlain.
You already saw Shuggerlain map, now it's time we explain some more details about it:
As you can see nations are planned in blocks. In this next update you'll be able to travel from Yalen to Nocverchis,1 out of the 2 nations of the first Chapter/Phase/Zone.
Chapter 2 has 3 countries, Chapter 3 has 4 (the archipelago on the top is one of them), and finally Chapter 4; Arax.
Our intention is to give you freedom to decide which countries and nations you will conquer before reaching Arax, but at the same time, main plot will advance when you cross one of these red lines, and of course you won't be able to go back to a country from a previous chapter. After all this is a war campaing where you race against the time.
In other words, you won't be able to travel with your army to Yalen once you are in Nocverchis but you'll be able to visit the other country of the same chapter.
It's true that you will able to just visit all the countries in a same gameplay, but that won't be easy
Anyway, this is something it will really affect on the final game, but for now I think you should be able to visit all the countries without much trouble.
Anyway, this is all the main content we'll add on the next update:
- New country plot: Nocverchis
- 1 new main girl: Vex (anthro bat girl)
- 1 new Luth H-scene
- 1 new Saraith H-scene
- 1 new Nadine H-scene
- 1 new Vex H-scene
- New succubus girl and battle (yalenite girl)
- Remaining animations for Gifrix's battle
- 4-5 new backgrounds
- New army battle
- New unit (flying Nocverchans)
- And some other art stuff, secondary characters, improving affection system, etc

I don't think so. While the text parts would be easy to port to renpy, I imagine some of the minigames like the puzzle or the pipes one would require new code,and also all the interface and buttons, I don't think it's worth it at all tbh. I prefer them doing new content than redoing an already finished game.
In Littano, make sure to have breakfast both times you have that option available. . After that, you only need to have a walk at night with Dynae to activate the event. After Dynae leaves with the two Ashteran girls, Misha will appear.
Sometimes the Mod didn't see the new update link so you had to click Report and choose "game update" option and write something and send it so Mod could see and update the thread

I don't get it either why the devs would lock an NPC to prevent new content in such a manner. Usually you move your attention to other NPCs so they get more content which means the first one has to wait for quite some time.
I am not really sure, but it is said that the devs like to pull this kind of nonsense in their game.
I have played Space Paws and yeah, sometimes the protag is a bit meh but that's how it always is unless a veteran of story writing is involved.^^
