I have played Space Paws and yeah, sometimes the protag is a bit meh but that's how it always is unless a veteran of story writing is involved.^^

So it might be a troll move, hm. I have no idea what's going on in the community but wouldn't that mean people attacked, annoyed or insulted the devs to provoke such a outcome? If that happened out of thin air it's more than questionable why this has to be a thing.

Their Discord is rather young, and by that I mean it is probably not even a month old, and despite hundreds of members, the traffic is rather light in comparison.

One search later tell me not many people seems to give a damn (well except me, but I haven't talk yet), probably because they are mostly known from furry content so the human character get cold shoulder (I mean, there are other human characters, but still)...and only one user even mentions that happen.

It really remain a mystery...

I don't get it either why the devs would lock an NPC to prevent new content in such a manner. Usually you move your attention to other NPCs so they get more content which means the first one has to wait for quite some time.

For me it's clear. The game name is "Shuggerlain - beyond time," what to me means that they will be playing with time. Dynae event is an example of it. Izuin growing up will be another. In the prologue we had dynae no matter what we did so I'm guessing than soon we'll have action with the dragon girl.

Maybe this is a hint and they are saying that dynae could also grow up quickly as the dragon girl.

Imo the game will have some time skips, despite so far the story is told in breakneck speed.
But in a more "realistic" (I know, this is Swords and Magic Fantasy, but still) setting, how much time do you think it takes them to pull an army together and do the rebellion?
Probably a couple of years, at least.
Medieval wars often last a long time because the general life is just slower.

You're totally right, but I'd assume that the magical elements, timey-wimey stuff, and just plain protag being protag could wittle it down to a year, "realistically", within the framework of the games universe.

6 girls 1 demon, 3 humans, and 2 furries. Furries are on the middle ground. Not girls with animals ears and tail, but not full-on animals on two legs. I don't like furry stuff but this one is in my comfort zone.
Blue haired girl has at least 4 scenes I think, the rest have one, except the dark skinned girl who has 2.

Development Diary #63


Christmas Holidays have ended, the most of us are back again to our routines and we think it's a good moment to check the status of the update.

• New H-scenes 2/4
• New characters 3/5
• New backgrounds 3/5
• Nocverchan Units for battle WIP
• Animations for new succubus DONE
• Remaining animations for Gifrix sex battle DONE
• Other minor art details WIP

And this is basically the art stuff. As you can see it's quite advanced and everything is going at the expected pace.

We've also been working on the gallery and the affection system. Very likely there will be a gallery in this next release. I know that for many of you the gallery allows you to know if there's any missing H-scene you didn't discover. We also would like to add an extra section where you could repeat the succubus battle you already did, or at least where you can see the animations of those battle. This, should be diferentiated from the main gallery because every girl will have like 12-15 animations so I think it's better to create a section only for that. We'll see what we can do there and if we have time in this update for the succubus' animations gallery.

And about the affection system, this is something that has lots a pussybilities (ha!) so, for now, we're working about more "relevant" ask actions to discover personal info about the girls (like her age, what she likes, boobs size, place she'd like to visit...)
We think getting to know the girls a bit better is something quite enjoyable and that many of you could appreciate.

Anyway, we're working hard, and the game advances. Hope you're happy to see the direction this project is taking and excited to see its growth
