Ok just finished the update and loved it and all the movie references haha. From the Ocean's Eleven editing style of plan/action extraction to the finish in National Treasure style, this was action, drama and humorously awesomeness hehe. 10 out of 10 update.

Finally caught up, goddamn Yuna is so hot. Interesting how much you can see the quality of animation and style improve between earlier updates and most recent ones, clearly someone has been practicing.

Looking forward to whatever twists you're planning, because it's clear that teaser at the end isn't to be taken at face value at all.

Yeah they're both great games. I just slightly prefer Sicae because of the faster paced plot and darker overall tone. The wait for the next update to this is going to be brutal, even though I'm happy MBML will be getting more content.

Yeah, I got a similar feeling playing both games, but I prefer Sicae over MBIML because I’m more drawn to the anti-hero vibe of the MC. I also think Sicae moves at a slightly faster pace when it comes to plot and story progression. That said, it’s cool to see the contrast between the two games MBIML does a great job exploring its characters’ backstories and redemption arcs. Still, I’m really looking forward to seeing what Niichan has in store for MBIML next.

(I know that I might shoot myself in the foot with that order, but it's nice seeing things coming together and be like
"oooh, so that is why some of those hot side characters are not LIs )

I'm currently in EP6, did just meet Moon for the first time (or more like again? best girl btw)
and currently seeing Yunas 2nd scene and I just have to ask...
since every girl has personal "Harem points" ..which honestly just feel like another word for "Affection".. I kinda hope to be able to be on the Harem path without the need to be on route with every girl - it can be a Harem even if I miss 1 or 2 - and calling it "Harem Points" makes is confusing if that is not the case
I read somewhere the answer that "Harem route is the canon route" .. okay, but does that have to include chocking and borderline asphyxiation content?

I know there has to be a dominant character in every scene but I would appreciate if there is an option to skip stuff that not everyone might be into or find some alternative

(personally "femdom" could also just mean a girl riding you cowgirl since she is the "dominant character" in that moment.. it doesn't need to be extreme but the usual "dom" stuff involves usually humiliation, feet, urination or some form of BDSM
same as maledom could just be the guy fucking the girl doggy against the wall and being "in charge/power
but those are just my personal take and I know a lot of people might disagree)

Yeah but Honey Select games can't be sold on Steam due to copywrite licenses. It is a "cross" all developers that use Honey Select must bear.

I'll consider the doms in the future.
As for the redheads, not really. It's just that they're the ones I've been the most unprepared for.
Kana should have her arc in the 2nd series.

I never meant to get rid of these scenes.. just - as you said - an option to not see it
I 100% understand the sub/dom power dynamic that scene was supposed to establish and story wise it is logical and actually interesting
I spoke purely from a "not my cup of tea" standpoint
*smol edit: It was kinda obvious from the "break her into submission" choice what laid ahead and I was choosing the other first but after 2 minutes I loaded a save with the choices, clicked the other and saw that this was actually the trigger to her route - that is also what promted me to ask the question about the path requirements


also since I got a reply but no answer to the harem/point system I just assume now that "Harem" = Every Route triggered

I don't have a problem with your point, and I just wanted to share my opinion, hoping this part of the game won't be removed. I also understand it might not be for everyone. ^^

Regarding your request, you need to follow and activate routes for each relationship by making the right dialogue choices to unlock them. Harem points show affection scores with each girl, and the status "Route: True/False" indicates whether a route is active for each character.

So, if you're asking whether you need to unlock and be on a route with each girl to get the harem, the answer is yes, as the relationship system is designed this way.

This right here is one of the very few issues I have with Sicae and MBML.

I love both games, but also really fucking love redheads. And they've been put on the backburner or straight up sidelined in both. Not a single redhead has gotten a fair amount of attention. While the blondes and brunettes are mostly already fucking the MCs and well into their relationships.

just look my signature and you understand what I'm about to say
in other games I played it is often 2-3 girls who get "the attention" per update to evolve their relationship while also progressing the story
but in these 2 games it is (to a certain degree understandable tho) a very unbalanced distribution
characters who fit the current story get attention - but that results in certain LIs having 5 or 3 scenes and others having one or none
*take Emma for example - she has 3 scenes, but I only unlocked 1 (I assume 2 are her "solo route" - but she actually never touched the MC after the Harem dynamic was established)

it is understandable that some character have nothing much to contribute to what is going on story wise
but you could also argue that there could be scenes at night after idk the MC comes home exhausted and having a chat leading into something with a girl on route

but "just having sex for sex sake" would also feel dumb
"I didn't see this character the whole episode, now she shows up, we have a scene and she is gone again" would also not feels good
So I actually appreciate when a character gets a dedicated chapter and the ones who got a lot of attention prior take a backseat for once

It's a balancing act that I - as only a consumer of the end-product - would not like to be manage
